Stress isn't going anywhere, so how can we learn to work with it and not against it?
Stress management is one of the essential skill sets when it comes to our emotional intelligence (EI). More specifically, it covers our stress tolerance, optimism and flexibility around life’s uncertainty and unknowns. What we can sometimes forget, is just how much we can control our reactions to stress and how critical these skills are in avoiding chronic stress or burnout.
We will study how our EQ skills are impacted by stress and where in our daily life these skills can be applied.
